१- नास्ति बुद्धिरयुक्तस्य न चायुक्तस्य भावना,
न चाभावयत:शान्तिरशान्तस्य कुत:सुखम.-६६
२- प्रसादे सर्व दु:खानां हानिरस्योपजायते
प्रसन्नचेतसो ह्याशु बुद्धि: पर्यवतिष्ठते-६५
३- रागद्वेषवियुक्तैस्तु विषयानिन्द्रियैश्चरन,
अत्मवशयै:विधेयात्मा प्रसादमधिगच्छति.

1- He who has not controlled his mind and senses can have no reason; nor can such undisciplined man think of God. The unthinking man can have no peace; and how can there be hapiness for one lacking peace of mind?
जवाब देंहटाएं2- With the attainment of such placidity of mind, all his sorrows come to an end; and the intellect of such a person of tranquil mind, soon withdrawing itself from all sides, becomes firmly established in God.
3- The self-controlled practicant; while enjoying the various sense-objects through hs sense, which are disciplined and free from likes and dislikes, attains placidity of mind.
